PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Purchases may be paid by using a debit/credit card or Paypal account wallet through our online payment facility – Paypal. Payment will be deducted from your account when you place your order. All prices shall be shown in USD and your location currency and payable in USD. You agree that product prices are charged in USD and that the approximate price of the product is displayed according to your location of purchase; delivery charges will vary depending on the destination. For delivery destinations within the EU, prices include VAT or other sales taxes where applicable. For delivery destinations outside the EU, prices do not include VAT, other sales or import taxes.

Shipping fees:
Delivery inside Croatia – 15 USD.
Delivery inside EU – 25 USD.
International deliveries – 35 USD.

Please note, G11 STORE offers free Worldwide shipping on orders over 200 USD.

 

G11 STORE processes the purchase orders made by the User within two (2) working days. All Products will be delivered directly to the User’s delivery address using DHL Express global delivery service.

Delivery time is subject to availability of the Product and order destination. The delivery time to EU countries is usually 2-4 days. Delivery times to outside EU countries depend on the destination country, customs and other local factors.  After dispatching the order G11 STORE will send a delivery notification with a tracking link to the User’s email address to ease the delivery progress follow-up. G11 STORE will deliver the Products to the address provided in the purchase order. G11 STORE warrants that all shipments are fully insured. Please note, If DHL Express does not ship directly to private persons in your country, we will choose another delivery service. Quality and safety are the recipes for G11 STORE happy customer.

Provided that Product delivery will delay significantly, G11 STORE customer service will contact the User via the email as provided in the purchase order by the User.

G11 STORE reserves the right to deliver different Products ordered at the same time separately.

In case the Product has not arrived and the User has not been contacted by G11 STORE customer service, the User is recommended to contact G11 STORE support@g11store.com or by phone +385 (21) 770 105.

G11 STORE reserves the right to reject any order. In such cases, the payments made by the User will be returned to the Paypal account wallet or credit/debit card within 30 days. Please note, that payments will be returned to the same method which payment is originally made.

 

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of so refusing or because of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

DELIVERY ARRANGEMENTS

Your shopping bag on the Site displays the goods you have chosen and the Seller who shall provide them. Details of postage and packing will be displayed at the checkout page. The delivery costs vary according to the delivery destination. Any delivery times quoted are in working days.

 

IMPORT REGULATIONS AND DUTY

If you order goods from our Site for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Please also note that the goods and services offered for sale are directed at EU residents. We and our sellers make no representation that any goods or services sold through the site are appropriate or available for use outside the EU. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods or services are destined. Please note that items may not be deliverable overseas due to local law and it shall be your responsibility for any failure to deliver the goods overseas due to local law. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any laws.

 

CANCELLATION AND PRODUCT RETURNS

The User shall have the right to cancel the order before the Product is delivered to the User. If the User wishes to cancel its order, the User must contact G11 STORE customer service by email: support@g11store.com and to include its name, address and order number in the email. G11 STORE will return the payments made the User with the same method which payment is originally made within 30 days.

The User has the right to return or exchange a Product within fourteen (14) days from the day when the User received the Product. This the return policy does not cover Products which are produced or altered by the User’s wishes:

  1. If the order has been cancelled according to this Agreement by notifying G11 STORE customer service at support@g11store.com within fourteen (14) days of the Product delivery or the Product has been shipped to  G11 STORE within said fourteen (14) days for returning purposes;
  2. The Product has not been used;
  3. The Product is in identical condition that the User received it and all the parts (if any) of the Product are included in the package;
  4. The Product has been repackaged into its original package.

The Product must be returned to the G11 STORE as soon as possible after cancellation. When returning the Products the User will be responsible for the risk of damages during the return delivery. G11 STORE will not reimburse to the User the costs that arise out of the return shipment, The price of the returned Products paid by the User will be refunded to the User with the same method which payment of the product is originally made. The reimbursement will take place as soon as G11 STORE  has received and inspected the returned Products, however no later than within thirty (30) days from the day when the G11 STORE has received the returned Products.

If the Product is faulty or damaged during the shipment, the User must inform G11 STORE customer service about said defect as soon as the User has noticed the defect. G11 STORE endeavours to replace the faulty or damaged Product, but if this is not possible G11 STORE will reimburse the User with the full amount of costs paid by the User. G11 STORE will not reimburse the User with the costs before the G11 STORE has confirmed the defect in the Product. The User is recommended to contact G11 STORE customer service to receive more instructions with this respect.

EXCHANGES

Please let us know how we should deal with your returned item/s by sending an email to support@g11store.com. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item/s. We will cover the costs of shipping the exchanged item/s. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item/s to reach you may vary. The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week!

 

REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refunds are approved, then your refund will be processed, and funds will be sent to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
